From Detox To Outpatient: A Connected Path
For those who need the highest level of support at the start of recovery, Lighthouse’s Residential Withdrawal Management program serves as the clinical foundation; a structured, medically supervised environment focused on safely stabilizing the body and preparing clients for the work ahead. From there, our drug rehab programs step down progressively through PHP and IOP, with each phase reducing intensity as clients build confidence and independence. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) starts at 5 days per week with 9 to 19 hours of structured programming, then transitions to 4 days per week, then 3, as clients gain stability. Individual and group counseling, specialized sessions on trauma, mental health, and life skills, case management, and MAT are woven throughout every level. Clients who complete IOP can continue in our Outpatient Program (OP) for ongoing support while living fully in the community.
Medically Supervised Detox: Residential Withdrawal Management
For many people, the first step in drug addiction treatment is safely clearing substances from the body. Depending on the drug and the duration of use, withdrawal can range from deeply uncomfortable to medically serious. Lighthouse’s Residential Withdrawal Management program provides round-the-clock medical supervision, nursing care, mental health evaluation, and medication support where clinically indicated. Each client receives a personalized detox plan, and care is adjusted in real time as their needs change throughout the process.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP is a structured, high-intensity day treatment program for clients stepping down from detox or those who need significant clinical support without remaining in a residential setting overnight. Clients participate in 20+ hours of weekly programming, including group and individual counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, nursing services, peer support, and case management. Evenings are spent in recovery housing or a supportive home environment, allowing clients to begin practicing the independence they’re building toward.
Outpatient Rehab
Lighthouse’s Outpatient Rehab program is built around the reality that recovery has to fit real life.
