My experience with this place has been remarkable. These people DO care and do their best with each client. However, after reading some of the reviews, you can not expect a treatment facility to shoot some recovery gun at your rebellious loved one that probably is lying to you about the "issues" they are going through in housing or with clinical. I have been through so many other treatment facilities that truly do NOT even get to know their clients. These staff do everything they can. They are human too. I am forever grateful for them to open the doors for me. I ASKED THEM for help! So how dare I complain about their attempts to help. Just a damn shame seeing all the negativity comments when it's just people who want someone to blame. Grow up! And, THANK YOU LIGHTHOUSE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS really for all that yall have done since intake out East Main to phase 0 placing in Newarks location and everything after that. Fighting for me when I couldn't. Inspiring staff Thanks guys

This review is reflective of the positive experience I had with the intake representative who assisted my daughter with the application and intake process for admission into Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions. I was referred to this facility by White Light Behavioral Health about a week and a half ago. I was seeking a long term treatment facility for my daughter, that provides a dual diagnosis setting. I spoke to Sheena in intake who was exceptional in customer service and went over and beyond with assisting my daughter and I with empathy and compassion. I thank God for her and all the doors He opened for my daughter to be accepted for admission and receive treatment at this facility. Also, my daughter's positive encounter speaking with Sheena in intake influenced her decision to choose this facility and believes it would be a good fit for her.
