Referral Services for Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Care
At Lighthouse, we partner with healthcare providers, treatment centers, hospitals, and community organizations to offer seamless, compassionate referrals for individuals in need of substance use disorder and mental health services.
Our program is designed to provide timely, evidence-based care through a streamlined referral process. We accept referrals for adults 18 yrs+ (without a legal guardian) who require specialized support, including outpatient treatment, detox residential care, co-occurring disorder services, and individualized case management.
Our referral team works closely with you to ensure a smooth transition for your clients, with prompt communication, coordinated care planning, and ongoing updates as needed. We are committed to continuity of care and positive treatment outcomes.
