What to Expect When Checking Into Our Addiction Treatment Centers

Upon arrival at our centers, you’ll receive a comprehensive assessment, including a urine screen and medical consultations, to ensure a care plan that’s personalized for you. Please bring any current medications, as we cannot provide off-site transportation for additional items after admission.

Your introduction to our rehab includes an in-depth orientation to familiarize you with our treatment protocols and recovery housing, reflecting our dedication to personalized addiction treatment. We aim to make your admission comfortable, offering amenities like lunch, water, coffee, and TV. Our admission team is always available to assist and support you throughout this process.

Once your admission is complete, our Lighthouse van will transport you and your belongings to your recovery residence, marking the start of your healing journey at a rehab that’s close and convenient for you.

Addiction Treatment Admissions FAQs

Can I leave and come back?

We prefer you stay for the entirety of the process. If you leave, you will be asked to provide a new urine screen upon return.

Can I go where my significant other or family member is?

No, we do not admit family members or couples at the same location, but will happily discuss location options with you if admitted.

Can I bring all my stuff?

There is limited space in housing with no storage options so please consult our housing page for guidance on what to bring.

Can I take a cigarette break?

Yes, you are allowed to step outside the building to smoke a cigarette or vape. Provided that you stay in our smoking area, you will be able to smoke when requested and return without completing a new urine screen.

My experience with this place has been remarkable. These people DO care and do their best with each client. However, after reading some of the reviews, you can not expect a treatment facility to shoot some recovery gun at your rebellious loved one that probably is lying to you about the "issues" they are going through in housing or with clinical. I have been through so many other treatment facilities that truly do NOT even get to know their clients. These staff do everything they can. They are human too. I am forever grateful for them to open the doors for me. I ASKED THEM for help! So how dare I complain about their attempts to help. Just a damn shame seeing all the negativity comments when it's just people who want someone to blame. Grow up! And, THANK YOU LIGHTHOUSE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS really for all that yall have done since intake out East Main to phase 0 placing in Newarks location and everything after that. Fighting for me when I couldn't. Inspiring staff Thanks guys

This review is reflective of the positive experience I had with the intake representative who assisted my daughter with the application and intake process for admission into Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions. I was referred to this facility by White Light Behavioral Health about a week and a half ago. I was seeking a long term treatment facility for my daughter, that provides a dual diagnosis setting. I spoke to Sheena in intake who was exceptional in customer service and went over and beyond with assisting my daughter and I with empathy and compassion. I thank God for her and all the doors He opened for my daughter to be accepted for admission and receive treatment at this facility. Also, my daughter's positive encounter speaking with Sheena in intake influenced her decision to choose this facility and believes it would be a good fit for her.
