We are now offering telehealth services

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions understands that substance abuse and mental health disorders will not stop or slow down during a global crisis.  We are able and willing to meet clients where they are at while dealing with an epidemic within a pandemic.  We have both face to face and telehealth options available during these unprecedented times. 

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions is dedicated to following CDC guidelines. All clients, staff and visitors are screened for COVID-19 before entering the building, this includes temperature checks. If you are sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please don’t hesitate to call us, we have telehealth options for you. We adhere to social distancing practices and require masks when in each of our facilities. Masks will be provided to all clients, staff and visitors when entering the building.  All visitors must call from the  parking lot before entering for a Covid screening. We are holding in person groups, sessions, and psychiatry appointments for those who need a face to face facilitator. We also have telehealth options for all groups, doctor’s appointments, assessments and one on one sessions.  If you have any questions regarding concerns with COVID-19 policies and procedures please call us at 614-334-6903. 

ABOUT CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Understanding symptoms and risks of the COVID-19 virus:

  • Symptoms include:  fever (most common), cough, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing.
  • If you experience these symptoms and have risk factors, such as exposure or travel to impacted areas, please request a mask and limit your exposure to others.

Understanding prevention:

  • Infection prevention efforts are everyone’s responsibility.
  • Hand hygiene is the most important means of preventing the spread of a virus.
  • If you are not feeling well, please limit your contact with others.
  • If someone has symptoms and risk factors of exposure, they should be referred to their PCP, ED, health department, or other local health care resources for testing.

Our staff offers the clinical expertise necessary to support our clients through recovery, but more than that, they care about the physical and mental health of our clients, and ultimately their success. This is an upbeat, supportive community, and the staff support exists beyond the formal group settings and can be seen in the casual conversations that take place in our gathering areas, dining room, and outdoor spaces.
